Text Message / SMS Consent Checkbox

In most countries, the user has to consent to receive text messages before the messages can be sent. This is usually done with the signup form. But, there is no such field on the AR Member signup form by default. This causes major issues and makes the Twilio and other text messaging add on features essentially unusable.
