It would be very nice to have more options to sort the members list, a.e. alphabetically by last name. Actually it it possible just to sort alphabetically by Display Name or by Date of Joining.

Undoubtly, member list should be improved. For instance, our forms may include dropdown and radio buttons (eg. male / female). While searching one of them, such options should be ready. Just our selection (without texting) should be sufficient to find relevant users. Many plugins support this feature. I think, it is not difficult.

It would be great if we could rearrange the columns in the "Manage Members" view. Right now we can view and hide, but I'd like to change the order they're displayed.
