Currently, notifications only fire on automated triggers (registration, renewal, etc.). Requesting the ability to send a notification manually, at any time, to a specific member group. Suggested implementation: add a "Send now" option in the notification dropdown, with a target selector for specific members or plans — so admins can push a message outside the standard triggers (e.g. for time-sensitive updates like magazine releases).
