membership function, like for multisites for giving access restrict access to subdomains

Hi, I´m realizing a project with subdomains. A member can choose different levels of membership, and then get´s access to content, like a marketplace on a sublevel, subdomain.
So, I need to be able to manage the members and their different access from the main level. It doesn´t help to install a single license for each level. It´s not about the money, it´s about the technical handling
