Email notification after expiry of plan + a reminder-fee option.

As for now I can setup email notifications/reminders that are send to members before their membership expires.
This functionality is bacis and implicit a part of managing my members.

BUT...
I find absolutely no way to send automated reminder/notification to members AFTER the the date of expiry??
I find it obviously to have a way to send a "Hey, did you forget to renew" mail to members, giving them a last chance to renew.
Actually it would be totally-perfect if this could be combined with a way to put a 'reminder-fee' on the price of renewing membership.
In my previous setup, I have every year been sending at least 10 members an 'reminder-fees' because they were paying/renewing AFTER deadline.

So:

1. An option to send an "after-reminder' mail (1, 3, 7, 14 days) after renewal should have been done.
2. A way to 'punish' members that are late, by adding a reminder-fee on top of the price they pay for membership, when they pay after deadline.
