Checkbox Field Persistence Issue in Plugin Forms

However, I have identified an issue with checkbox fields in the forms provided by your plugin. When a user selects a checkbox and update their profile, the value is correctly stored in the database. However, if the user later attempts to deselect the checkbox and save the form again, the value in the database does not update accordingly. Instead, the checkbox value remains in the database's meta_value field and cannot be set to null or removed.

This behavior is problematic as it prevents users from effectively managing their preferences and data within the plugin's forms. It also creates inconsistencies in data handling, which can impact user experience and data integrity.
