Bulk Change Users Membership Plan Using Email Addresses ONLY

AR Member allows for the creation of different membership plans. Users can be added in bulk using a spreadsheet. However, there is no way to remove users from a plan "in bulk" by just uploading a list of emails.

For example: Plan #1 is a FREE plan. Plan #2 is a PAID plan. 1,000 users are on Plan #2, but 100 of the users need to be downgraded or deactivated to Plan #1. AR Member currently requires admins to manually downgrade each member. All 100, one by one. Automatic downgrade only occurs when the user doesn't pay their subscription on time.

There need to be a way to bulk upload a list of the 100 user's emails. Upon upload of this list, the users on the list should be changed over to a plan (upgraded or downgraded) of the admin's choice. This is a lot easier than doing one by one downgrade or upgrade.
