Allow for Post Author's Membership Level to be Displayed Publicly or with Meta

My member directory allows for users to register and access certain features of the directory. Unfortunately, there is no way for the member subscription levels to be used in a front-facing way outside of their own profile pages.

I suggest adding membership levels to the usermeta table and allow it to be displayed on posts based on who the author is. For instance, a directory listing owned by a member with a "Gold Tier" membership plan could display a "Gold Tier" badge or banner on the page.

This may also help with restricting access to a wider array of features, building filters into post searches/loops, and other membership-related requirements.
