Add "reset password" tag to automatic email upon change plan/status by admin

Hi friends,

I had a client who wanted a "semi-autmatic" approval process.
Users are being automatically approved, and moved to a "pending plan" upon sign-up.
Later, admins go over the details and moved them manually to other plans.
I wanted to add an automatic email with password reset to these users, once the admin accept them and change their plan, but currently reset password tag doesn't work on "change status by admin".
my work around was sending them to a lost password page in the "accept email" which is less user friendly since another process by the user is needed.
