Add Convertkit in the "Subscription" plugin

Hi, there are "only" Aweber, Mailchimp, etc. to connect with in the Subscription plugin.

I am using Convertkit, and I think a lot of other customers too.

So I think it would be good for everybody if you could add Convertkit.
