Add a free month instead of a financial reward for affiliates

We would like to see a renewal date for a member extended by a period of 1 month or 3 months rather than a financial reward for bringing new members into the plan. We ourselves are a member of an online networking group, and for each new member we introduce, our renewal date is extended by 1 month.
